High vibrations are essential for staying healthy, being happy, and living in peace and because we live in a vibrational universe where everything is connected, we must be conscious about everything we do, say, think, believe and even eat. Every single thing plays a role in our reality. We can block our progress or even find it hard to co-exist when we increase resistance by clouding up our mind, body and spirit with toxins and low vibrational foods.
High vibrational foods are those that have a greater level of light than density. They nourish our body, assist with detoxification, increase our light and raise our vibrational frequency. Of course, just eating high vibrational food is not everything, we must work in clearing limiting beliefs, negativity and judgment among others. It is imperative to be present and responsible for everything and everyone we pull into our reality. Nobody is taking advantage of us, it is ultimately us, that trough our vibration manifest different people and situations, so in order to attract your dreams and happy people, we must compromise on living a high vibrational lifestyle.

HIGH VIBRATIONAL FOOD
- Organic fruits and vegetables.
Dark leafy greens.
