Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions. There are seven main chakras aligning the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel of energy where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy is called Prana, which is the life force who keeps us balanced, healthy and alive.
These moving wheels of energy correspond to massive nerve centers in the body. Each of the seven chakras contain psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. Since everything is moving, it’s essential that our seven chakras stay open, aligned, and fluid. If there is a blockage energy will not flow. Here’s a quick summary.
