Are all your products really natural and organic?
Yes! Always! We use only the purest organic-natural ingredients we can find. This includes essential oils and natural extracts, so you never have to question what you're putting on your skin. All of our products contain ingredients that are organic, naturally derived, and things that you have either heard of before, used before, or eaten before, like yummy organic avocado oil and light and fresh organic lemongrass essential oil!
Do you test on animals?
No, never! Our products are always tested on friends, family, or ourselves before we sell them to you. We're pet parents and animals lovers just like so many others, which is why we provide many vegan-friendly options and our company is 100% cruelty free.
Where is your product made and where do you source your materials from?
Reducing waste is one of our top priorities, which is why we work only with organic farms across the U.S. to source our ingredients, and our packaging is always glass or recyclable plastic, also made by an American Company. Our products are then hand-crafted at our lab in Miami, FL by one of our founders, Erika.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since our products are 100% organic, all natural, and we do not use any preservatives, the shelf life is 12-24 months.
Do you have vegan products?
Yes! In fact, mostly all of our products are vegan! A few of our products however (listed below!) do contain organic beeswax for added protection and moisture, and carmine, for our beautiful blush pigments.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
The hardest part of online shopping is waiting for your purchase to arrive once you've picked out the perfect item. At Baiser, we ship all orders within 1-3 business days and we'll always provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your purchase.
Do you accept international orders?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or refunds, however, customer satisfaction is our top priority, so if there is ever any problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com where we can further assist you.
